CHAPTER FIVE - HANDING OVER AND MOVING IN

Now, renovation works are done. You, as a new home owner, are also satisfied with the overall service and results of the design renovation. What is going to happen next ?

HANDING OVER

In this procedure, there are many different versions as different contractors/designers offer.
In everylinetellsastory interiors, we seek to provide the greatest assurance that our customers can enjoy and spend most of their time in appreciating moving-in joys.

With our company systematically setup handing over procedure, our designers have check-list to always keep themselves close to the project achievements towards the project deadline.

At the end of the project timeline, we will together with our customers, go through each and every one of the project check-list items.

Upon detailed explanation of the completed tasks, our customers will counter-signed on the check-list to acknowledge the accomplisment of the items. This process allows our company QA to monitor closely our projects we undertake without the presences of the involved parties. In the event of non-compliance, our company QA will raised up the matter to the project designer and follow up again with the designer on the progress.

Certainly, with our stringent project management method, we are confident of our job and promises to deliver all our projects in the simplest smoothest way needed - all in the benefits and advantages on the side of the project.

MOVING IN

This is the most exciting moment all new home owners look forward too. Some can be very pro-active towards it, some prefer passive approach. While some are very paranoid about this.

Not to worry, it is also part of our post-renovation responsibilities that our company enforce all our designers to look into providing the clearest and most useful advices for our customers about moving in.

Moving in involves many factors to consider. In this paragraph, we will list some of the considerable points.

1. What are the NEEDED items to move from existing home to new home ?
(remember that keyword here is what are needed, so do not bring those unneccessary items
that you do not need. That will for sure save you more space in the new home.)

2. Who can you ask for help on the DAY of moving in ?
(of cause, we are refering to family, friends, or relatives. This is important to what tasks
might be
required of them.
eg. the need to carry heavy items, you require strong men for
this task.)

3. When are you moving the items ?
(over this point, we also recommend new owners to consider multiple dates for
progressive
moving in. This is lower your physical exhaustion and allow new home owners enough space
and time to re-consider where to put and place their to-be-move in items.)

4. How are you planning the moving-in ?
(we are refering to the
transportation type
you might consider. some new home owners prefer
to use commercial relocation specialists. while some prefer the company of their close
friends.)

Ok, we hope the above few points are good enough for you to start planning your own move-in.

Good luck and most important of all, KEEP IT HAPPY !
